WHAT IS COMPRESSED AIR USED FOR?
Compressed air can be used in one of two ways:
As an energy source
As blowing air (“active air”)
When used as an energy source, compressed air can power air tools
and production equipment. These tools and equipment are used in
countless applications across dozens of industries, including
construction, tire service, mechanical repair, maintenance, factory

Machine Details&Features:
1. Intelligent Control
The intelligent controller of Chinese & English interface
supervises the operation of the compressor in real time. Its auto
warning protection function solves the problems of short-circuit,
missing phase, overload or else. If the abnormal condition exits
after checking the multi - point temperature and pressure, it will
alarm and shut down automatically. The equipment up-time and state
is recorded to remind the equipment to make a repair and
maintenance. According to the gas consumption, it can control the
discharge rate to distinct energy-saving effect.
2. Cooler
A huge design of cooler volume to discharge 35% margin. As a
result, a machine can operate at high temperature and avoid the
phenomenon of carbon deposit caused by the high temperature of the
compressor.
3. Electrical Components
Electrical components are made by the world famous brands Schneider
and Siemens which use silver contact to make it possible to operate
more than three million times and ensure the long-term safety.
4. Flex-mounted Precision Tube
To protect the pipelines from leaking and reduce the loss of oil
pipeline pressure.
5. Main Motor
It adopts triphase high performance motor made by a famous brand
with IP54 protection level, F insulation level and "SKF" heavy-duty
bearing. The transmission efficiency up to 95%, with good
thermostability and long lifetime.
